I actually am quite afraid of the future. You can never just assume what's going to happen. It's a surprise. It's just thrown at you. To me, it's weird how people say "[Only] you can change your future." How so? I ask.
Let's say, for example, a musician like me, compared to someone who wants to be a brain surgeon. In fifteen years, I have no idea what the hell I'm going to be doing; I want to perform, but where will I be? With the symphony? Buskering downtown? Play at some prestigious school in London? I don't know what and where I'm going to be! Who knows my succession?! I might be even teaching music! Now, a brain surgeon, he will be doing the obvious; performing brain surgery.
